Previous Projects Experience:
Some of the systems that have been developed to prestigious clients some years ago and are still in use as of today in the day to day operation:
One of the examples of developed applications by ProNet was the development and installation of the Hotel Classification System for the Government of Dubai, Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing. This system is a multi-user system for grading, licensing and monitoring all the Hotels and Hotel Apartments in the Emirate of Dubai, which comes under their jurisdiction. There are some preset conditions set and defined by the department. The DTCM inspectors periodically visit the Hotels and Apartments and inspect the amenities and facilities provided by these organizations, collect the information and once they are back, they log into the Hotel Classification System, and enter the information. Once the collected information is entered, the system provides reports about the Fulfilled and Unfulfilled conditions, based on which the Department makes decisions or takes action about specified issues related to these organizations including grading of hotels star categories, violations, performance and more.
Dubai Horse Racing Information Center (DHRIC), Govt.
One of our proudly developed applications in the UAE is the Horse Racing & Tracking Database Application (HRTA), which was developed specifically for Dubai Horse Racing Information Center (DHRIC). The development of this application has gone through several phases which started several years ago and is now at it’s premium level of performance and output. The system helped Dubai Horse Racing Information Centre to produce Racecards for the horse race events that takes place in the UAE. The Racecards were produced in no time and they are rated to be more superior to other available Racecards produced worldwide.
The (HRTA) system stores information regarding the entire race such as the Horses, Owners, Prizes, Results, Positions and even the rankings. The HRTA system exports the data, which is then passed onto any Desktop Publishing software and then printed directly onto the press.
The system stores information both in English and Arabic.
ProNet developed the entire ERP package for the Department of Culture & Information, Government of Sharjah. This Oracle based Management Information System comprises of modules such as Financial, Cars, Stores, Personnel & Payroll.
The Financial Module handles the entire accounting system with regards to the activities the Department undertakes. The Financial Module handles; complete account payments, buying & selling, debit & credit cards, maintenance, driver responsibility, traveling stores, books, libraries, exhibitions, personnel & payroll, employees’ salaries, gratuity, grade salaries (maximum limit & min. limit), travel allowance rights and departments & sections.
